Duties And Responsibilities
- Assist with recruitment activities, including drafting and posting job descriptions, reviewing applications, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial candidate outreach.
- Support the onboarding process by collecting required documentation and assisting with orientation programs.
- Maintain and update HR electronic records in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Provide support for training and development programs, including scheduling, tracking attendance, and maintaining training documentation.
- Assist in employee engagement initiatives, internal communications, and company-wide events.
- Help ensure compliance with HR policies, employment laws, and regulations, maintaining strict confidentiality at all times.
- Contribute to HR reporting and analytics by preparing reports and tracking key HR metrics.
- Perform general administrative duties to support the HR team’s daily operations and/or special projects.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
- Demonstrated interest in developing a career in Human Resources.
