Tuesday-Sunday (11PM-7AM)
Requirements:

Valid City of St. Louis armed guard card

Successful completion of a government Tier 3 background check

Valid drivers license with clean driving record

High school diploma or equivalent

2 years of armed security experience preferred, military or law enforcement background a plus

Ability to write clear reports and manage multiple priorities
Position Overview:
Valentis Group, Inc. is hiring a full-time Armed PSO to provide security at client sites in St. Louis, MO. Responsibilities include guard booth monitoring, foot patrols, incident response, and threat identification. PSOs ensure a safe environment through high visibility, professionalism, and proactive engagement.
Special Conditions:

Must pass semi-annual physical and live-fire readiness tests

Must attend paid travel/training in Pittsburgh, PA
Key Responsibilities:

Maintain safety through static, foot and vehicle patrols

De-escalate potential threats and professionally interact with the public

Submit accurate and timely reports
