We are currently hiring two full-time Senior Site Supervisors (SSS) in the Cincinnati Ohio area. The positions require applicants to have a current OPOTA certification. A strong supervisory background is required. These positions are for community housing and business locations.

RESPONSIBILITES:
Valentis is pleased to announce a posting for Senior Site Supervisor (SSS). The SSS positions, holding the rank of Sergeant, will serve as the overall Supervisor at contracted client sites and will be responsible for oversight, supervision, and continued development of personnel assigned in Cincinnati, OH. These supervisory positions will work hand in hand with Valentis Executive Management, the Region I Armed Security Commander, and the Technical Training Commander (TTC). The SSS will be responsible for day-to-day operations at the site and must work cohesively with the property client, their assigned management team, and the community.
SPECIFIC POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
This position requires strong supervisory characteristics, sound leadership qualities, and the ability to work in a team environment to provide guidance and oversight to staff. Working knowledge of various resources, work-related application platforms, and internal company systems is required. The ideal candidate must possess the ability to coordinate and oversee daily operations, team development, and hold a positive outlook to ensure continued growth and relations within the community. The candidate must possess strong supervisory skills and be physically and mentally capable of assuming such duties. This position requires an individual who is an excellent communicator both internally with others but most notably with outside contracts, vendors, and partner agencies. Candidate must understand and comprehend Valentis policies and ensure personnel adhere to such policies without exception. They must coordinate various activities and respond to critical partner/contract needs. The SSS must effectively exchange information with client management and the community, and have a harmonious, friendly, professional relationship with all involved. Specialized training in this position will be afforded as needed to ensure the candidate is provided the tools to sustain this position successfully.
SKILL(S):
Proficient reading, writing, grammar, and mathematics skills; proficient interpersonal relations and communicative skills; proficient typing skills; working knowledge of security services, along with the operational policies and procedures that impact such services; ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, stoop, reach with hands or arms, use hands to manipulate objects, handle or feel, and lift items weighing 30 lbs. or less; visual, auditory, and speaking skills.
