Role Description
This full-time or Part-time Independent Agent role is remote. The Independent Agent will engage in day-to-day tasks such as providing clients with life insurance and financial solutions, building and managing relationships, identifying financial needs, and tailoring financial products to meet client goals. Responsibilities include developing client acquisition strategies, educating clients on financial products, and maintaining a strong understanding of industry trends. Collaboration, mentorship, and leadership development are key components of this position.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of life insurance, IULs, annuities, and retirement solutions
- Exceptional relationship-building, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop and implement client acquisition and retention strategies
- Experience with sales, client education, and financial services market trends
- Self-motivation with an entrepreneurial mindset and goal-oriented approach
- Relevant licenses and certifications in financial services (preferred)
- Previous experience in financial advising, sales, or agency management (a plus)
