We are seeking an individual with a BS in Civil Engineering or Construction Management. Candidates must have excellant written and oral communication skills, strong computer skills using Microsoft Word, Excel, Blue Beam. Must have a clean driving record and be willing to travel as necessary for jobsite locations within Northern California. Have strong organizational problem solving and analytical skills; able to manage priorities and workflow. Strong interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as a member of various teams. Duties are as follows: Ensure project runs smoothly and all documentation is completed timely. Update and maintain all drawings, specifications and logs. Assist with updating and maintaining CPM schedules. Assist various project managers in various duties. Complete contracts, change orders, quantity surveys, closeout documents. Versatility, flexability and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities. Attention to detail is essential.
