A supported dental practice in Los Lunas, NM is seeking a full-time office manager to join our team. We are seeking a responsible, goal-oriented candidate, proficient in office management, who can effectively manage day-to-day operations in a fast-paced dental office. This position plays a critical role in efficiently managing administrative tasks in our dental practice to ensure the most organized, professional dental service is being provided. The Office Manager is responsible for the day-to-day functions of the dental office, as well as managing the front desk. Ensure the office delivers quality and compassionate dental care to every patient.
Required Experience:
- Dental Office Experience (1 Years)
- MUST HAVE Dentrix knowledge
- Dental Treatment Coordinating experience
- Knowledge of dental billing (HMO, PPO and cash)
- Self-motivated, ambitious and Positive Attitude
- Ability to work well with Patients, Staff Members, and Doctors
- Excellent communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Treatment plan presentation
- Answer all phone calls, and check voicemails and emails including the spam folder
- Ensure the day-to-day flow and productivity of the office
- Manage scheduling for efficiency and production
- Ensure Patient Quality of Care and Customer Service
- Responsible for holding staff to the highest integrity by adhering to all government regulations and company standards

Hours: Monday-Thursday 7:30a-5:00p
Hourly compensation based on experience. A sign-on bonus of $2,000 will be provided, paid in two installments: $1,000 after 90 days, and $1,000 upon completion of your first six months of employment.
