Join our Academic Operations team as an Academic Operations Analyst at Valencia College’s Lake Nona Campus. This is a dynamic, collaborative role where your work directly supports college-wide initiatives and improves operational effectiveness at Valencia College. You will partner with academic and administrative teams—including Institutional Research and OIT—to transform complex data into actionable insights and help drive continuous improvement across the college.

The ideal candidate will:
- Be a proactive self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Excel at collaboration and communication across different college departments
- Bring strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Analyze and synthesize complex quantitative and qualitative data with ease
- Have experience working with static and real-time data sets
- Support training initiatives and knowledge sharing across the College
- Have familiarity with data warehousing concepts
- Bring experience with Power BI or similar data visualization tools

Additional Information:
- This position operates in a primarily remote environment.
- Work Schedule: Monday – Friday: 8 am – 5 pm
- This position is not eligible for Veteran’s Preference under Florida Statute 295.07(5)(a), F.S

Salary : $56,653 - $63,735
