Job Summary
- Must be able to mix and measure paint per specifications.
- Review work order and confirm mixed paint and part match, prior to painting in the booth.
- Clean parts as per specification.
- Paint part according to specification and thickness.
- Keep paint booth filters changed, booth FOD free, and complete paperwork.
- Post paint inspection of parts for appearance and proper coverage.
- Able to paint effectively on different surfaces and metals.
- Applied some advanced skills that allow employees to adapt and meet some complex or non-routine situations.
- Observe safety regulations and wear protective masks and clothing during spray painting operations.
- Complete the paint daily checklist.
- Properly utilizes all PPE requires under OSA Guidelines.
- Maintains all paint equipment.
- Other duties as assigned.
