- Assist with filling and typing prescriptions
- Answer phone calls from patients and provider offices
- Greet customers and patients and offer assistance with products and services
- Resolve insurance issues and assist with prior authorization requests
- Working alongside other pharmacy techs and pharmacists to ensure optimal pharmacy productivity
- Follow all pharmacy policies and procedures
- Must be reliable, punctual, fast learner, and professional
Qualifications:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
- Previous experience in a retail pharmacy setting is preferred
- Current CA Pharmacy Technician License
- Must be able to provide proof of eligibility to work in the US
