About the Role
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations & Sales Coordinator to support daily business operations, assist the sales team, and help ensure projects stay on track.
Responsibilities
• Track open orders and project timelines
• Provide weekly status updates to customers and internal stakeholders
• Communicate delays and updates to customers
• Coordinate with internal teams to escalate delays, proactively address issues, and ensure projects stay on track
• Support sales team with quote entry and order processing
• Track quote and order timelines
• Maintain accurate data in ERP and systems
Requirements
• Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel, Outlook, Word)
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to learn ERP systems
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Proactive mindset
Compensation
$20–27/hour depending on experience
Salary : $20 - $27
