Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Stocking Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that products are stocked efficiently and accurately in our retail environment. You will play a crucial role in maintaining inventory levels, assisting customers, and contributing to the overall organization of the store.
Key Responsibilities:
- Tagging and labeling new merchandise
- Receiving and processing incoming shipments
- Entering inventory into internal systems accurately and efficiently
- Transferring inventory between locations as needed
- Steaming and prepping products for the sales floor
- Conducting regular inventory counts and audits
- Restocking and merchandising the sales floor in coordination with the visual team
- Supporting the sales team by ensuring the product is accessible and ready
- Communicating low stock or restock needs
- Helping to prepare for product launches and collection drops
- Maintaining a clean and organized stockroom
Requirements:
- Must be available to work weekends
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to lift and move boxes/products (up to 40 lbs)
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong communicator
- Retail or stockroom experience preferred
Schedule:
- Full-time and part-time positions available
- Weekend shifts are required
