The Assistant General Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, managing and developing personnel, and executing strategies to achieve business goals. You’ll work closely with the leadership team to ensure operational excellence, maintain high customer satisfaction, and help drive profitability. Key Responsibilities :
- Manage day-to-day operations of the front-of-house, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
