Our Express Lanes are built for routine maintenance services like oil changes, tire rotations, and other light maintenance work. You will be responsible for managing express technicians, maintaining vehicle flow, coordinating with Service Advisors, and helping ensure every customer receives prompt, professional service.

Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operation of Valdosta Toyota’s four Express Service Lanes
- Lead and manage Express Maintenance Technicians to ensure productivity, quality, and consistency
- Monitor and direct vehicle flow to maximize efficiency and reduce wait times
- Work closely with Service Advisors to ensure strong communication, accurate expectations, and smooth handoff throughout the service process
- Help maintain a fast, organized, and customer-focused routine maintenance operation
- Ensure oil changes, tire rotations, inspections, and other express services are completed accurately and efficiently
- Assist with dispatching work and balancing technician workload
- Monitor technician performance, time management, and overall lane productivity
- Promote accountability, teamwork, and a strong sense of urgency among the express team
- Help identify bottlenecks and process improvements that increase throughput and customer satisfaction
- Maintain company standards for professionalism, safety, ethical business practices, orderliness, and customer service
- Support service department leadership in achieving operational and profitability goals
Qualifications
- Previous automotive service experience required
- Prior leadership, supervisory, or management experience in an automotive service environment strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of express maintenance operations, workflow, and technician management
- Ability to lead a team in a high-volume, fast-paced setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to build productive working relationships with technicians, Service Advisors, and department leadership
- Problem-solver with a sense of urgency and a commitment to efficiency
- Valid driver’s license required
