Requirements:
Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
Minimum of 2 years of verifiable experience in both armed security and management roles
Former law enforcement or military training is strongly preferred
Must possess a valid guard card and exposed firearms permit
Responsibilities include:
Collaborating with management on client accounts
Creating and managing schedules
Handling call-offs and coverage adjustments
Conducting site checks to ensure post compliance
Providing field support and working in the field as needed
