The Program Manager Will Have
BSME (or equivalent engineering degree) preferred
Advanced degree (MBA or MS) and related Aerospace experience preferable but not required.

The Program Manager Will Have
- Financial Controls - assuring Programs are performed within specific Program award budgets
- Schedule Controls - that assure on time contract performance with the appropriate resources allocated to meet changing contract requirements
- Contractual Submittals - that assure timely production of documents, reports and program updates per specific contract reporting requirements
- Customer Relations – Develop and maintain relationship with existing and new customers - Be the face of Valcor to our customer.
- Other important elements for success are a clear understanding of business, accounting procedures, Quality Assurance practices, contracts, sales techniques and manufacturing procedures.
- A thorough understanding of engineering concepts and techniques is required

Salary : $90,000 - $145,000
