Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Commercial Real Estate Appraiser, located in the Chicago metro. The Commercial Real Estate Appraiser will be responsible for conducting property appraisals, preparing detailed reports, analyzing market data, and providing valuation services. The appraiser will work closely with clients to ensure accurate and timely delivery of appraisal services.

Qualifications
- Experience in Commercial Appraisal or Commercial Real Estate, with a minimum of 1 year of commercial experience. A Certified General license is preferred, but not required.
- Familiarity with Appraising and Appraisal techniques
- High level of expertise in Excel and other Microsoft programs
- Excellent analytical and research skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Bachelor's degree required
- Current driver's license required
- Excellent time management skills required and ability to work with minimal oversight
This role will be full-time in-office to start, with the ability to work remotely earned with experience and competency at the supervisor's discretion. Please note that experience in commercial appraisal and a completed bachelor's degree is required. Residential experience does not substitute for this requirement.
