General Manager

Burrito Express is looking for a dedicated and motivated General Manager to join our team and help carry on our tradition of bold flavors, fast service, and genuine connections.

As the General Manager, you'll be at the heart of everything we do—leading our team, ensuring smooth operations, and maintaining the high standards that have made Burrito Express a neighborhood favorite for generations. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing daily restaurant operations, including food preparation, service, and customer satisfaction.
• Following procedures and recipes to ensure consistency and quality.
• Coaching, mentoring, and leading a team to deliver exceptional service.
• Managing inventory, supplies, and ensuring everything runs efficiently.
• Handling basic math and reading tasks to manage orders and operations.
• Lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods to keep up with the fast-paced environment.

We’re seeking someone who’s passionate about food, leadership, and community. Here’s what will help you succeed in this role:

• At least 1 year of experience in a leadership or management role.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to follow recipes and procedures with attention to detail.
• Strong math and reading skills.
• A knack for coaching and inspiring a team.
• Kitchen experience is a plus, but not required.
• Being bilingual is helpful, but not mandatory.
