Responsibilities include opening and closing the store, overseeing safety, managing team tasks, assisting in training, maintaining inventory and store cleanliness, processing shipments, handling cash, and working toward sales goals. They ensure proper merchandising, equipment maintenance, and create strategies to increase traffic.
They lead by example in delivering excellent customer service, resolving complaints courteously, authorizing transactions per policy, and participating in store meetings. Other duties may be assigned as needed.
