Role: Lead the development, tracking, and management of pre-construction and construction schedules, including self-perform work.
Responsibilities: Develop bid, proposal, project, and subcontractor schedules; perform schedule updates, analyze "as-built" data, prepare reports, flag risks, and assist with claims and change orders.
Perform delay, productivity, and cost analyses; manage P6 scheduling database; conduct schedule training; support project teams with schedule-related decisions and negotiations.
Qualifications: Engineering, Construction Management, or Architectural degree preferred; minimum 7 years of construction experience with 5 in scheduling; proficient in P6, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office.
Knowledge of critical path method, construction methods, cost accounting, and contract requirements essential.
Skills: Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration abilities; ability to read plans and specifications; willing to travel.
