Retail Sales Associate - Full Time

Seeking outgoing Retail Mobile Sales Associates for full-time or part-time onsite roles, with bilingual skills in English and Spanish a plus. No prior wireless experience required as training is provided. Associates will serve as the store's friendly face, helping customers select plans, phones, and accessories, while creating positive experiences. Responsibilities include explaining products, meeting sales goals, participating in marketing events, maintaining store organization, and collaborating with team members. Candidates should have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and at least 6 months of customer service or retail sales experience. Requirements include being 18 , basic computer and phone skills, and legal work authorization in the U.S. Physical stamina for standing and moving is necessary. Compensation ranges from $19.29 to $19.50 per hour plus commissions, with benefits like health insurance, paid sick leave, and employee discounts.
