- Maintain relationships with physicians, hospital administrators, and staff to promote utilization.
- Ensure alignment with program goals, timelines, and compliance standards.
- Coordinate teams across clinical, engineering, marketing, and regulatory functions.
- Assist in training staff to ensure proficiency with TULSA-PRO® technology.
- Track performance metrics, clinical outcomes, and financial data.
- Represent the program at events, meetings, and presentations to demonstrate value.
- Identify opportunities for upgrades, new installations, and service expansion.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; 3-5 years in healthcare program management, sales, or clinical account management.
- Knowledge of hospital operations, clinical workflows, and healthcare technology.
- Strong relationship-building, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Class II/III medical devices and regulated product development is preferred.
- Familiarity with urology or oncology environments is advantageous.
- Proficiency in MS Project, ERP, and CRM tools.
- Ability to travel as needed; PMP certification is a plus.
