Remote Senior Director of Product, Growth

We are seeking a Senior Director of Product Management to lead a strategic, cross-functional product area focused on growth, platform strategy, and portfolio integration.

• Own and evolve end-to-end product strategy, roadmap, and cross-product synergy for both internal and customer-facing offerings.
• Translate vision into clear frameworks, prioritize initiatives, and identify reusable platform capabilities.
• Lead strategy for upsell, cross-sell, and packaging; collaborate with Marketing and M&A teams to optimize integration and growth opportunities.
• Provide thought leadership, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and track progress, risks, and outcomes.
• Manage, mentor, and grow a team of Product Managers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Work cross-functionally with Operations, Legal, Engineering, and others to ensure alignment and successful execution.
• Establish objectives, recommend organizational structure, and scale the product team as needed.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of proven software product management experience, with at least 3 years leading Product Managers.
• Experience with AI-enabled products, data analysis, and user-centric solutions.
• Excellent communication skills, agile methodology experience, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior engineering background is a strong plus.
