We are seeking a Business Intelligence & Data Analyst with 3-5 years of experience to lead our Power BI environment and enhance data-driven decision-making across the organization.

- Owning end-to-end Power BI development, including semantic models, DAX, and dashboards for multiple teams.
- Maintaining and improving data pipelines within Microsoft Fabric to ensure reliable data flow.
- Building scalable data models using star schema and fact/dimension design principles.
- Delivering automated reports and providing insights into trader behavior, risk signals, and operational metrics.
- Partnering with cross-functional teams to translate business questions into analytical frameworks and actionable insights.
- 3-5 years in business intelligence or data analytics.
- Strong SQL, Power BI (semantic models, DAX), and Python/PySpark skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Fabric or similar platforms like Azure Synapse or Databricks.
- Knowledge of data modeling, API integration, and financial time-series data is a plus.
- Ability to translate complex data into clear narratives for non-technical stakeholders.
