We are seeking a Reliability-FRACAS Engineer II in Tucson, AZ to support plant reliability and process safety initiatives.

  • Conduct Failure Reporting, Analysis, and Corrective Action System (FRACAS) activities to identify root causes and implement reliable solutions.
  • Perform data analysis, trending, and reporting to improve equipment reliability and plant performance.
  • Collaborate with maintenance, operations, and engineering teams to develop and execute reliability improvement plans.
  • Develop and update reliability standards, procedures, and best practices.
  • Support troubleshooting efforts and provide technical guidance on reliability issues.
  • Utilize reliability tools and techniques to enhance process safety and operational efficiency.
