Role: Therapist in a school-based health center, primarily working in person at Bangor Middle School and occasionally at other schools in the district.
Responsibilities: Collaborate with interdisciplinary primary care providers and peers, promote timely and continuous mental health care, and enhance student well-being. Work aligns with school schedules, typically Monday through Friday, 7am to 3:30pm.
Qualifications & Skills: Licensure as LCSW, LCPC, LMFT, or conditional license considered. Comfortable working in a developing environment and in person at schools. Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
Key Duties: Increase access to mental health services for students, support community wellness, and contribute to an integrated, patient-centered care model. External hires may receive sign-on/retention bonuses based on experience.
