Seeking an experienced Pastry Cook 1 responsible for managing daily bakery operations, ensuring quality, timing, and presentation of all bakery menu items, including custom and wedding cakes.
Assist with culinary supervision across outlets, support allergy requests, and maintain food safety standards.
Perform techniques like mixing, baking, decorating, and plating with minimal supervision, and interpret BEOs and special orders.
Additional duties include inventory management, food ordering, training cast members, and assisting with off-site events.
Minimum 5 years' culinary or bakery experience, culinary degree or certification, and knowledge of sanitation and cost controls required.
Full-time schedule with availability for shifts any time, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Pay rate is $39.16/hour, with select benefits offered.
