Part-Time Sales Associate

We are seeking a Part-Time Sales Associate to serve as the friendly, energetic face of our fitness studio, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving membership sales and renewals.

• Build genuine connections with members and guests, answering questions and resolving concerns.
• Promote a positive, inclusive environment and ensure a safe, clean studio space.
• Conduct studio tours, process transactions, and assist with onboarding new members.
• Maintain organized work and front desk areas, perform follow-ups, and support retention efforts.
• Work closely with team members to meet sales goals and ensure member satisfaction.
  
  

Qualifications include strong customer service and sales skills, excellent communication, multitasking ability, and flexibility to work varied hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Prior fitness or sales experience is preferred.
