Role: As a Teacher, you will lead, coach, and mentor less experienced educators, implement tailored curricula, and create a safe, nurturing environment for children. You will partner with parents and collaborate with center staff and leadership to achieve enrollment, accreditation, and engagement goals. Building positive relationships with families, colleagues, licensing authorities, community contacts, and partners is essential.

Qualifications & Skills: Strong organization, customer service, and multi-tasking skills. Possession of an active Child Development Associate (CDA) credential or meeting NAEYC requirements. Preferred: 2-3 years early childhood experience, Bachelor's in Early Childhood Education, approved state trainer status, CPR/First Aid certification, physical ability to lift 40 pounds, and fluency in English. Willingness to meet state-specific qualifications and obtain necessary certifications is required.
