- Lead small crews of 2-5 electricians, ensuring safety and compliance with OSHA and company standards.
- Evaluate upcoming tasks, equipment needs, procedures, and training requirements.
- Perform installations, troubleshooting, and maintenance on a variety of systems.
- Maintain excellent customer relations through effective problem-solving.
- Participate in safety initiatives and promote a safe work environment.
- Completion of Electronic Systems Technician (EST) Apprenticeship Program (if applicable).
- Strong knowledge of applicable codes and standards.
- Self-directed with teamwork skills and safety awareness.
- Ability to analyze blueprints and plan tasks effectively.
- Willingness to travel 60-75% and work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
