- Collaborates with internal teams, external consultants, and stakeholders to deliver safe, maintainable, and innovative landscapes.
- Oversees project coordination, design reviews, and compliance with environmental and accessibility standards.
- Integrates sustainable practices such as native planting, stormwater management, and resource-efficient irrigation.
- Participates in committees, conferences, and stakeholder engagement to share knowledge and resolve design challenges.
- Supervises external design professionals and manages project scope, budgets, and timelines.
- Master’s degree in landscape architecture and licensure or ability to obtain licensure.
- 3-7 years of experience in landscape design, site planning, or campus projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and familiarity with LEED, SITES, and sustainable practices.
- Strong knowledge of hardscape construction, grading, drainage, and sustainable planting.
- Excellent collaboration, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills.
