General Labor - Full Time

Role Overview: The General Laborer is responsible for safely handling, inspecting, organizing, and preparing lumber products to meet customer specifications and quality standards. The role involves moving materials, stacking, labeling, securing, and recording production details, all while maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Responsibilities Include

• Moving, stacking, and securing lumber and other materials
• Labeling and tagging products accurately
• Using tools such as staple guns and troubleshooting equipment
• Ensuring correct quantities and proper packaging of materials
• Maintaining inventory, recording production data, and reporting discrepancies
• Assisting with loading/unloading and maintaining a safe, organized workspace
• Participating in safety and continuous improvement programs
  
  

Qualifications: High school diploma or GED preferred; no experience required but manufacturing/lumber experience is a plus. Must be detail-oriented, team-focused, adaptable, and capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Mechanical aptitude, basic math skills, and familiarity with hand/power tools are advantageous. Must be at least 18 years old.
