Qualifications & Skills: Completion of an apprenticeship or equivalent work experience (8,000 hours); current licensing; ability to work independently and as part of a team; strong safety awareness; effective communication and mentorship skills.
Additional Duties: Support safety programs, contribute to team development, and perform other assigned tasks. Travel 60-75%, with flexible work hours between 6 am and 6 pm, Monday through Friday, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
