- Perform routine and complex maintenance on diesel, gas, and electric vehicles.
- Plan and schedule repairs using the M5 planner, ensuring parts procurement.
- Complete work reports, work orders, and administrative tasks accurately.
- Maintain safety and compliance with laws and company policies.
- Assist in reviewing equipment issues, coordinate repairs, and train new team members.
- Maintain personal tools and keep work area organized.
- High school diploma or GED; technical diesel mechanic degree preferred.
- At least 1 year of diesel mechanic experience.
- Computer literacy; experience with diagnostic software is a plus.
- Ability to meet safety-sensitive criteria.
- Frequently stand, walk, kneel, crouch, crawl, and lift up to 100 pounds.
- Work in noisy environments with moving parts, chemicals, and varying weather conditions.
