Job Summary
Responsible for diagnosing and repairing medium to heavy-duty trucks, trailers, reefer units, and maintenance vehicles, ensuring compliance with trucking regulations. Performs preventative maintenance, inspections, and repairs on diesel equipment, including brakes, steering, and electrical systems. Completes thorough documentation of work orders and parts used, and may perform road call services as needed. Uses hand and power tools to conduct routine maintenance such as oil changes, battery checks, and equipment lubrication. Trains other employees and performs additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent
- 5-7 years of experience in medium to heavy-duty vehicle repair, including diagnostics, electrical troubleshooting, and component repair
- At least 2 years’ experience in refrigeration or overhaul/rebuild of diesel engines and transmissions
