- Establish and lead a culture of continuous improvement within the facility.
- Oversee quality and reliability systems, supporting safety initiatives and compliance with OSHA/EPA regulations.
- Manage internal audits, incident tracking, and participate in customer audits and new item processes.
- Build strong relationships with production supervisors to enhance manufacturing and quality systems using reliability tools.
- Support safety programs, incident investigations, and safety orientations.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 2-4 years manufacturing experience, preferably in corrugated or converting environments.
- Proven ability to develop and manage high-performance teams and work systems.
- Knowledge of policies, customer quality expectations, and safety regulations.
- Strong leadership, business insight, results-driven mindset, and ability to manage complexity.
