Role: Continuous Improvement Leader
Responsibilities: Deploy and communicate CI strategies to enhance Quality, Cost, Delivery, and Safety (QCDS). Lead Lean initiatives, facilitate workshops, and promote a culture of continuous improvement. Provide training, coaching, and support to build internal CI capabilities. Support data analysis through KPI dashboards, monitor operational metrics, and ensure improvements are sustained. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and leadership to develop cost-effective solutions and drive operational excellence.
Qualifications & Skills: 5 years in Lean Transformation within manufacturing, with experience in problem-solving, data analysis, and leading CI initiatives. Strong influencing, coaching, and leadership abilities. Technical proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems, and preferably Power BI. A degree in Industrial/Quality Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience. US Citizenship required due to ITAR/UNNPI regulations.
