Assistant General Manager

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Assistant General Manager to oversee daily operations within our resort and entertainment facilities located on the Mashantucket Pequot Reservation, Connecticut.

The Assistant General Manager will assist in managing staff, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and maintaining high standards of service and safety. Key responsibilities include

• Supporting the General Manager in strategic planning and operational decision-making
• Overseeing departments such as hospitality, food & beverage, gaming, and entertainment to ensure seamless coordination
• Monitoring financial performance, controlling expenses, and maximizing revenue opportunities
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
• Leading staff development, training, and performance evaluations
• Addressing guest concerns promptly and professionally to uphold service excellence
