Role : Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll Lead
Location : Dallas, TX
Required Qualifications:
Payroll experience is mandatory.
Must have Oracle Certification in one or more of the modules.
- Must have a minimum of three full-cycle implementation experience or have provided applications support at Payroll and Time and Labor.
- Must be familiar with how HCM Core, Absence, Time & Labor and Benefits impact Payroll processing.
- Must be familiar with statutory requirements and Oracle functionality to meet them.
- Must have excellent analytical and strong problem-solving abilities.
- Must be authorized to work in the Canada.
- Must be able to work from our clients offices on a regular basis, as needed.
- Must have great interpersonal skills with a pleasant demeanor and a positive attitude.
- Must be willing to work longer hours when needed for the projects.
- Must be Fluent in English spoken and written.
Job responsibilities:
Ability to relate to the clients business and understand their business processes.
- Conduct requirements workshops independently with clients.
- Documenting business related requirements.
- Solutioning the requirements using Oracle HCM Payroll Applications.
- Research and provide solutions using analytical and problem-solving skills.
Salary : $60 - $70
