This job is great for those who enjoy a fast paced work environment with a lot of guest interaction, not to mention a great view of the Tetons!

Responsible for providing quality food and beverage service to our guests in a prompt, courteous and professional manner. Ensure prompt accurate service with anticipation and compliance to make sure all guests’ needs are provided for. Set all tables and assist in the set up of other miscellaneous stations. Attends pre-meal meetings; make notes of items being served and of any other information important to the banquet function. 

REQUIREMENTS:

• Excellent people skills

• Excellent communication skills
• Able to work long hours and variable shifts

 PREFERRED SKILLS:

• Previous Food and Beverage experience
• Previous Point of Sale experience
• TIPS certified
• Table-side wine experience
• Cash handling experience

• Ranch House at Colter Bay’s menu features classics and new evolved cuisine in a ranch house setting perfect for every age, offering breakfast buffet, soup and salad baked potato bar for lunch. Guests can relax at the bar or in a comfortable booth for a hearty dinner and take advantage of the soup and salad bar.
