Ticket Sales Agents deliver product and mountain information with superior knowledge in a friendly environment while assuring our guests that we are there to assist them and enhance their Breckenridge experience. Additional job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Accurately and efficiently process Breckenridge lift sales and accurately close station.
- Handle both external and internal customers in a cheerful and helpful manner.
- Produce neat, organized and accurate cash turn in and auditing reports.
- Perform daily duties which facilitate the operation of the office.
- Understand, support, and employ department operations and company policies, procedures.
Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Proficient in English language
- Previous work experience in Guest Services
- Previous work experience in cash handling
- Previous experience with Point of Sales system
- Comfortable working in fast pace work environment
- Willing to commit to a work schedule work schedule which includes working weekends and holidays.
- Willing to make seasonal commitment through April 19, 2014
- In person interview preferred
