- Welcome guests and answer questions they may have pertaining to menu items, prices, and other resort information
- Maintain cleanliness of sleigh.
- Entertain guests with stories, facts, anecdotes, etc. during their sleigh ride.
- Assist guests as the board and deboard the sleigh.
- Keep guests safe and monitor behavior of intoxicated guests.
- Complete all sidework that has been assigned.
- Adheres to all grooming and uniform standards and is productive and professional during entire shift.
- Ability to communicate effectively.
- Fold and organize blankets as needed, clean out sleigh after each trip.
- Communicate with cat driver, hostess, managers, and sleigh dinner greeter.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Able to communicate English
- Energetic, enthusiastic, friendly. Able to speak in front of a crowd of people.
