Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Responsible for receiving, transporting and storing guest equipment.
- Act as mountain-side concierge
- Deliver a world-class experience
- Stores and organizes guests ski and snowboard equipment
- Work well in a fast paced, team-oriented environment
- Service and repair merchandise according to established guidelines
- Complete accurate work order paperwork and prioritize work orders in an expedient manner
Qualifications:
- Ski and snowboard knowledge - highly preferred
- Ability to stand for long periods of time - required
- Experience with basic service tools and machinery
- English fluency - required
- Ski and snowboard rental or service technician experience - preferred
- Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays - required
