PURPOSE/OBJECTIVE
To perform a variety of skilled tasks in food preparation, cooking and presentation.
Minimum skills, experience, education and ability required for this job:
- Must have 6 months previous experience in prep cooking
- Ability to maintain good interaction with co-workers in high pace setting
Detailed job description, including responsibilities, work performed, tools or equipment used, etc.:
- Prep cooking for large volume restaurant
- Prep station and clean-up after shift is over
- Desire to work in high volume kitchen setting
- Able to take direction and produce in accordance with recipe
- Able to be a self-starter and see where assistance may be needed.
- Must follow Serv-safe and Health code regulations
- Must maintain neatly-groomed appearance and comply with uniform standards

Provide superior service to our customers (internal and external) at all times and follow the Resort Etiquette Guidelines while interacting with the guest and respond to all guests in a courteous efficient manner

Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
- Must be able to lift minimum of 25lbs
