As a member of our Culinary staff this is your opportunity to work at one of the most iconic golf clubs in the country!

You will be working as an experienced cook, responsible for performing the full cooking process using established recipes. This includes preparing and measuring ingredients. May also include; grilling, broiling, baking, frying, and sautéing. In a casual fine dining facility, you are responsible for all aspects of the pantry station and ensuring that the station or area is sanitary and fully functional. You may also be asked to assist in Banquet food preparations. Our season is typically May through October.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous casual fine dining cooking experience
• Excellent people skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Able to work long hours and varied shifts
• Knowledgeable of Pantry station service

PREFERRED SKILLS:

• Knife handling skills
• Good plate presentations
• Strong sense of timing
• Food Preparation skills
