F&B Busser - DoubleTree by Hilton - Full Time/Winter Seasonal - Breckenridge, CO

A Breckenridge Hospitality Team Member is devoted to consistently creating the experience of a lifetime for all of our guests and fellow Team Members alike. Some of the important traits of our Team Members must include:

The Busser is responsible for ensuring that all guests have the highest quality dining experience possible. All team Members assist in maintaining a profitable department that is also environmentally responsible.

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to;

• Maintaining a clean and well organized environment for guests and team members
• Perform various side work duties that help improve the efficiency of the dining experience. These include but are not limited to: Polishing silverware, sweeping floors, clearing and setting table
• Able to multi-task and handle high volume service demands
• Pre Bussing and clearing tables in an efficient and timely manner
• Resetting tables
• Restocking restaurant items such as Salt and Peppers, Glassware, Silverware
• Set up and closing side work duties as needed
• Adhere to all company standards, policies, and procedures
• Assist guests with requests
• Must adhere to all safety protocols and procedures

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in reading and communicating in English
• Willing to work weekends, holidays, early mornings and or late evenings.
• At least 18 years of age
• High school degree or GED
• Professional Food and beverage experience - preferred
• Able to lift and carry  up to 50 pounds
• In-person interview - preferred
