As a Residential Service Plumber, you will respond to in-home service calls, diagnose plumbing issues, perform repairs, provide maintenance solutions, and clearly explain recommendations to homeowners. This role includes plumbing diagnostics, fixture installations, drain cleaning, system troubleshooting, and repair work while maintaining strong communication with customers, dispatch, and office teams. You will also maintain an organized service vehicle, document service work accurately, and participate in ongoing technical training and team development. Senior plumbers may also help mentor apprentices and support newer technicians.

Qualifications
Candidates should have at least three years of residential plumbing experience and strong knowledge of residential plumbing systems, service repairs, and local plumbing codes. Successful technicians should be comfortable with soldering, pipe threading, fixture installations, gas leak testing, drain cleaning, and full plumbing system diagnostics. Strong customer communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to build trust with homeowners are essential. Candidates must possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record and demonstrate organization, reliability, accountability, and a commitment to ongoing skill development.
