Office Coordinator
We are seeking a detail-oriented Office Coordinator to assist caregivers and staff with daily operations. This position supports program registration, invoicing, and general inquiries. Additionally, this role also provides a variety of in-office tasks that keep YouthPower365 running smoothly and effectively. It requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a passion for serving the Eagle River Valley community. The YouthPower365 Office Assistant will maintain and promote our welcoming and inclusive environment for all students and families.

Specific Responsibilities Qualifications & Experience Benefits & Compensation
- Assist families in navigating program offerings, registrations, fees/invoices, resources, and opportunities with support from other YouthPower365 staff.
- Answer phone calls and emails, providing information to families in both English and Spanish.
- Maintain accurate records of all communications in a database.
- Connect families with the appropriate staff members for additional support.
- Assist with and attend YouthPower365 events to best support students and families, as needed.
- Hold office hours for caregivers to seek help in person
- Assist with administrative tasks in the office and at our warehouse.
- Ensure confidentiality of privileged information.
A successful candidate should possess
- Associate's degree or equivalent work-related experience working in an administrative capacity.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills (Bilingual and biliterate in English and Spanish).
- Strong leadership, initiative, interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Experience in administrative support, customer service, or related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and database management.
- Background in nonprofit organizations and/or youth-serving programs .
- Capacity to work independently as part of a strong team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent management and organizational skills, ability to work on multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously with flexibility, the capacity to generate innovative solutions and strategies.
- Eagerness to provide support to the greater Vail Valley Foundation staff as available and necessary.
Benefits & Compensation
- This is an hourly, part time year-round position.
- $25.00-$28.00 per hour based on experience.
- Accrue sick time leave at a rate of one (1) hour for every thirty (30) hours worked.
