We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Hotel Front Office Manager to join our team at Vail’s Mountain Haus. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Vail, CO. The Hotel Front Office Manager will oversee daily front desk operations, ensure guest satisfaction, manage staff schedules, and handle administrative duties. Responsibilities also include monitoring and improving customer service standards, addressing guest concerns, and collaborating with other departments to maintain a seamless guest experience.
- Strong experience in Office Administration and Front Office management
- Proficiency in ensuring Customer Satisfaction and delivering excellent Customer Service
- Exceptional Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proven leadership and team management abilities
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and multitasking capabilities
- Experience in the hospitality industry is highly preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is a plus
