To lead, organize and manage the Special Operations Guest Service team at Afton Alps. This group fills gaps in service for our Guests covering important high visible touch point around the mountain and in the base areas, as well as supporting other resort operational needs. Will be responsible for parking, snow removal, scheduling and work comp issues along with being a part of the everyday Guest Service group. Be able to train and lead by example.

- Starting Wage: $22.00/hr - $23.92/hr
- Employment Type: Winter Seasonal 2025/2026
- Shift Type: Part Time hours available
- Minimum Age: At least 18 years of age
- Housing Availability: No
- Have a very high level of Guest Service experience
- Support with resort snow removal
- Assist with peak period parking
- Maintain information structures and Guest Service signage along with keeping tools benches stocked.
- Crowd control on the mountain wherever needed.
- End of day duties
- Mountain A.M. mountain set up
- Coordination with various departments on the mountain as needed
- Problem solving and managing situations as they arise.
- High School
- Minimum of year experience within Vail Resorts
