The Vail Racquet Club Mountain Resort is looking for an experienced Sales & Revenue Manager to oversee revenue strategy, sales growth, and owner relations for our mountain resort and HOA community. This position manages pricing, distribution, and sales initiatives to maximize occupancy, profitability, and owner satisfaction.
Nestled in the heart of East Vail, the Vail Racquet Club is a unique blend of a residential HOA community and a resort offering short- and long-term vacation rentals. We’re known for our mountain-town charm, fitness club, pool, tennis courts, and scenic riverside setting — a place where owners, guests, and locals all feel at home.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set and manage rates across RDP, Sabre, Inntopia, and OTA platforms to optimize bookings.
- Develop promotions and sales strategies to meet revenue goals for short- and long-term rentals.
- Build and maintain relationships with owners, guests, and partners.
- Manage group and corporate bookings, including contracts and proposals.
- Coordinate media and marketing efforts across websites, OTAs, and advertising channels.
- Train and support the Front Desk on reservation systems and special bookings.
- Track revenue trends, prepare reports, and make data-driven adjustments.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3 years of experience in hospitality sales or revenue management.
- Strong understanding of OTAs, rate systems, and booking platforms.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Highly organized, data-minded, and customer-service driven.
- Team-driven attitude
- Familiarity with the Vail market or mountain resort operations is a plus.
Schedule:
Full-time, on-site position. Flexibility on schedule depending on need and performance.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
